The Polish Tatra Sheepdog is a massive breed. Its body is very powerful and well balanced. The breed stands on muscular legs. Its front legs are straight while its back legs are moderately angled. The coat is not too long and very dense. The coat is most profuse at the face, back of the legs, and neck. Its head is large with an elongated and narrow muzzle. The facial features are usually very dark. Its neck is well muscled and transitions to a straight back. The breed's chest is deep. Its tail is set even with its back.
