Description
The Weimaraner is a breed that is average in size with an elegant build. The breed has long features. Its head and muzzle are long and there is a well-defined stop. It has ears that are long and that fold inward toward its face. The eyes and nose are average in size. This breed has an elongated neck that angles to its long and level back. The shoulders are somewhat sloping. The breed's chest is deep. The limbs are smooth and very strong. The front legs are straight and the back legs are well angled. Its tail is docked with some length. It has a short coat that lies close to its body.
Temperament
The Weimaraner is a gentle breed that is family friendly. It gets along with other pets, including dogs. Children are fine with this breed, although it is not recommended that the breed interact with very young children who do not yet understand how to treat animals. This breed is trainable and is generally obedient. It is a courageous watch dog. This breed is devoted to its family.

The Weimaraner is about 22-27 inches tall and weighs 70-86 pounds.
Health Problems
