Description
The English Boodle is a hybrid breed that is developed by crossing a Poodle with an English Bulldog. The breedтАЩs appearance is based on both of its parents and can vary widely, although there are some common features. Hybrid breeds that are developed with the Poodle are bred to obtain a luxurious coat and gentle temperament. This breed is usually a small to average-size breed with a large head. Its ears and facial features are typically dark and average in size.
Temperament
The temperament of the English Boodle is generally a combination of both the English Bulldog and Poodle. The good news about this breed is that both of its parents have a temperament that is basically calm and pleasant. It enjoys being close to its family. The breed is affectionate and good with children. It seeks to please its owner and is very loyal. It should make a good watchdog and guard dog. Other pets are usually fine with this breed, as long as they reside in the same home as the English Boodle.

The English Boodle is about 12-16 inches tall and weighs 12-55 pounds.

The English Boodle is a hybrid breed. This breed does not typically have any genetic problems.
Ideal Living Conditions
The English Boodle is definitely a breed that is more suitable for indoor living conditions. How active it is while indoors can vary. Its English Bulldog parent is extremely inactive indoors while its Poodle parent will remain active indoors.
Exercise
Crossing a Poodle with an English Bulldog to develop the English Boodle can result in a breed that may or may not appreciate opportunities for exercise. The Poodle is a very active breed that enjoys long walks or more vigorous physical activity. The English Bulldog is usually an inactive breed that is not a big fan of physical activity.

The English Boodle is a hybrid breed. The life expectancy of hybrid breeds is unknown since they have not been in existence very many years.
Litter Size
The English Boodle can have as few as 4 and as many as 8 puppies.
Grooming
As with most breeds that are bred from a Poodle, the English Boodle requires more maintenance than the average breed. While brushing and/or combing are minimal grooming tasks, it is recommended that the coat is trimmed to keep its luxurious appearance.
